Back in 2021, I found myself stuck at a desk job, feeling sluggish and frustrated with fad diets that never seemed to stick. One crisp Saturday morning, I dusted off an old bike from my garage. That first ride wasn’t about weight loss—it was just about getting outside and moving again. But something clicked. Over time, those pedals became more than exercise—they became freedom, momentum, and eventually, transformation. And that’s how TS Tutors came alive. This space grew out of my passion for cycling as not only a fitness tool but also a way to rediscover joy while shedding pounds.
